Shipping
Typically, we send all orders of smaller items on a UK Standard Service.
1st Class- £3.95
2nd Class - £3.00
Larger items are preferably collected in store such as furniture, lighting and mirrors however can be sent with our private courier - please contact via email or telephone 02892688293 for a quote and to arrange delivery.
We will contact you every step of the way using the contact details provided at checkout if utilising this service.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and during busy sale periods, orders may be slightly delayed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Although we do not currently offer international shipping, if you would like to arrange your own courier to collect and deliver goods on your behalf, we are more than happy to facilitate this where possible. Please email for more information.
COLLECTIONS
You can opt for our free Pick Up from store service once items are paid will be held in store up to 30 days for collection.
Returns & Refunds
You can return the product and get a full refund or exchange. It must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging where applicable.
You can pop the item in the post with a cover note (please include name & address or order number) and send it back to:

What information we collect when you register and why?

When you buy goods from us, you are entering into a contract with us. We may ask you to provide some personal

information such as:

  • full name

  • address (and previous addresses)

  • date of birth

  • contact numbers, and 

  • email address.

As an existing customer if you have shopped with us using a credit or debit card, or we have taken these details for a payment authorisation, we will securely collect and store this payment card information. New customers and existing customer whose payment cards have expired, you will be asked if you would like to automatically store these details in order to speed up the payment process.
